Goal check-in

  • Ask the learner what goal they have for this module? Discuss how you can give your support!

Inspire

  • Think about a difficult conversation you had: Were you aware of the different levels and did you use any of the interventions? Discuss and explain to the learner how you switch between the levels.

Activate

  • Ask the learner if they can pinpoint which level you two communicate on primarily and have them switch your level of communication.
